Paris Villa Apart Hotel.

We travel-led as a group of 7 and booked both 1 bhks which have a total capacity of 8 beds. Everything about the property was great - from the price to the cleanliness, appliances, furniture as well as caretaker. Place is close to the beach and other parts of the city as well.

Very well maintained property with good quality amenities. The villa apartment is located in a secluded area, but security is well maintained. Hospitable, humble and supportive owner and staff. Really enjoyed the stay! would highly recommend!

It was really a pleasure to stay at mr bala's property. He was very helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable like home. We stayed here for almost a month. Also the guard mr. Karuna was very helpful from start till the end.

It's awesome and affordable Stay for couples and families. The rooms are very class and spacious. The apart has lots of facilities like Wifi ,kitchen , R.o etc. (self cooking) Though the Ambience and Interiors are Much class. We stay more than 10 days here its best and class. The Owner of the Apart Bala sir is in France though he kept touch and helped in such good manner and Caretaker Rajkumar Brother was such helpful. Its good for couples and families ❤️

The room was too spacious, it included a hall room, a bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom. It is more like a home consisting of all the amenities like tv, ac, washing machine, utensils, huge gated parking etc. Even though the owner was in a different country was always in contact with us and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Even the caretaker rajkumar was very polite and assisted us whenever needed. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms are exactly as shown. Without a second thought one can go for par-is villa hotel.

Spacious room, big hall and open kitchen with dining table, fridge, water purifiers, induction stove and vessels. Everything was well maintained. Actually we felt like home while checking out. Even staffs are so polite and they were so responsive and humble.

When I had checked out from the hotel, from nowhere, the caretaker mooted a narrative that Towels are missing. when I had said that we kept it in the cupboard and not used it. He continued his narrative that only one is there and claims to have kept two towels. However, he never informed me or showed me the printed checklist of what are there in the room. When I said that I'll pay, and still, not remember of two towels there. He said that he cannot accept Gpay or Paytm mode of transaction, as cleverly, he knew that that mechanism will generate receipt and forced me to pay by cash. If the missing towel is much concerned for him, why he haven't provided with a cash receipt? Warm advice to those who wants to stay here, when you check-in, get a checklist of what is there in the room, and when you are checking out don't get down to the lobby immediately but call the caretaker to verify all the things in the rooms. Because after I went down to the lobby, then caretaker went upstairs to check to frame a missing towel scene. Kindly be caution with this tactics whereas rest everything are fine with this property.
