Review Of Paradise Auro Jungle Resort

Location is good. 2. Rooms are spacious and clean. 3. Room rent is some what costly 4. The breakfast has improved compared to our last visit.

We booked for 2 rooms by non refundable method. But they given 1 room.

The property is shabby and looks spooky. Staff do not cooperate. Rooms are shabby and bathroom door and bedroom window was broken

No power, not clean, breakfast is not good.

Very very bad hotel in paradise auro jungle resort pondicherry. Terrible and doesn't look like resort very very very bad experience.

There is no road, it is in a jungle which is true, but there are so many muddy and uneven patches that you will feel scared that you are lost. No dustbin, towel, soaps were in the room. You have to basically ask for every thing, you have to wait for breakfast for hours because they get it from some other location, i had to wait for the morning cup of tea for 1. 5 hours, after repeated requests they served very poor breakfast with almost no option in a paper plate and you have to constantly ask for every thing. No dustbins in the room even to throw away waste. Rooms are designed in a way as if it’s a 1bhk apartment there we’re 3-4 support staff i could see who are responsible for cleaning, mopping, getting food running from here and there to do all the housekeeping work. Owner was nowhere present nor i could see any reception. Very unhygienic and and dirty. I booked the hotel for two nights but but left after spending the first night. Mm t should reimburse me. I wish i chose some other property, plenty of better options available.

Please don't go if u go there its like no proper requirements available

This is bachelor's paradise, not suitable for family. It is a heaven for unmarried couples.

We booked two rooms in make my trip, but simple saying only one room available, but later there giving the same rooms to other people

They, shifted us to other property which was better

There are a lot to be improved in terms of - sign boards to reach the resort, as it's a jungle. We struggled a lot to spot the resort - updated phone numbers in makemytrip, as all the phone numbers were not responsive - water supply - no water when we reached at 1. 30 pm to the resort. Water was provided only after the evening - wifi. Since it's inside the jungle, you could have done something to provide wifi. Our mobile networks won't work in the jungle. Caution to the travelers. - cleanliness. It can be least expected in the rooms. Pillows were literally stinking - toiletries. No towels or soaps were provided we go on a vacation very rarely, this kind of maintenance in the resort leaves us disappointed.

I will make this short 1. There is no such thing or no one called management (i got water for my room @ 11:30pm i checked in at 11:50 am( 2. Rooms were terrible - door locks were broken, no window screen, no ac remote, restrooms were dirty and so on. 3. The complementary breakfast was 2 idlies and 1 small dosai. No more than that. No tea, coffee 4. We had no bedspreads in the room i have mentioned only a few. If your only goal is go there and drink you can go the swimming pool alone was good

Breakfast was good. But not satisfied with the price and quality of the food provided for dinner.
If you are looking for a private stay in the mid of a jungle like environemtn with pool facilities. Its a good choice to come here and stay.

We went with group friends loved the place the atmosphere was good but the breakfast was really bad only one item them served they didn’t have anything else there no current most of time

No safety. Broken glass pieces near swimming pool. Toilet doors lock broken, no curtains for windows. Breakfast very bad. Not even served tea/coffee after breakfast. Only staff payal looks helpful when guest are out of control.

Payal mukherjee and ms sana were the standout in what otherwise would’ve been a terrible experience due to bachelors partying noisily till the early hours of the morning.
