Over priced, they charged us 2000 for overnight stay because we were in need, very boring not maintained place, average food, employees who stare at u at beach while chilling

Best place to be. Pappilon huts are best and hygienic humble and supportive staff. Great view and ambience. Loved it

This shack is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and well kept and the staff is very helpful. Food is good with beach facing restraunt. The beach facing rooms are really good too with huge private balcony.

What an amazing stay it has been. We booked a beachfront deluxe room. It's actually on the beach and the view of the sea from the room was mesmerizing. Room was clean, well equipped and size was enough. Not only that, the food they served were very tasty and fresh. All types of food are available, so lots of options are. The bartender is also a very experienced guy who loves his job. So, would suggest to tell him what type of soft or hard drinks you want and take his recommendation. He is so good at his work. We had the most innovative as well as tasty drinks here. Last but not the least, the behavior of the staffs can't be expressed in words. In simple words they made us feel that it was just another home in a beautiful location. The owner, manager and all the staffs are very humble, soft spoken, polite and cheerful. Not only their service was impressive, they also helped us many other things including arrangements of our marriage anniversary celebration, booking cab etc. When i booked this property for stay i was also having some doubts by going through the reviews. Now, they have rectified all their negative points. Now, it is more than 100% recommended.

Very bad room -hut condition, curtains are in torn condition hut has many opening and outside taking sound come inside. Wash room is very bad condition. Total waste of money. Care taker also very non responsive. He promise to change room but next day also he don't change room. Totally waste of money.

Rooms were too compact. Water is chargeable. Very few options in indian breakfast. Bathroom was not clean. Location is good, its on the beach only. You will find better rooms at low rates if you directly visit palolem beach.

I booked and paid for highest category room(ac deluxe beach facing. But while check in they provided me a lower category room. When i confronted, they showed me better room but asked for additional 2500- saying that our ac deluxe rooms are only for offline customers. I refused it to pay additional charge. I paid approx and got a lower category room which has a rate of 4k approx.

Absolutely loved staying at papillon. Amazing service, good people, right in front of beach, the food here is delicious, even good for solo travellers and female solo travellers. Must stay at papillon it's better then other expensive huts. Blindly go for it. Manoj bhai service guy was very sweet. Heaven the owner was really welcoming, he gave us a early check in without any hassle. Overall best experience.

Every thing was so good. But there is bed bugs on there bed. I was bitten all over my back

It's very difficult to find location like puzzle, there is no proper sign boards, but it's infront of beach, there is no amenities

very nice property and location is beach side. The view from the hotel is awesome and food are delicious, staffs are well behaved and helpful. The place is best for stay in Palolem Beach.

Had a wonderful and memorable time at the property. Best place to relax and rejuvenate. Wish to come back soon.

The property is poorly maintained. Cleaning is not done when requested, you have to remind 4-5 times before they will even consider cleaning your room. Hot water was not working, when enquired about fixing the hot water we were told benefits of bathing with cold water and water hearer was never fixed. Same goes for ac and not working remote. Food is very costly without it being average quality. Manager is one rude man.

I wanted a date change but didn’t get it even after informing a day prior but lost all my money

Location is excellent and food is also good but the room could have been little better. Overall the stay was good. But one thing was missing one good shower and a washing tap

November 2023 my family stayed this papillon beach huts resort for 3 nights. It is really really a good resort, after new construction this property have launched new shape. This is best location of palolem beach. Food quality is very very good and staff behavior is mind blowing specially bengali dad a ujjwal pal from kolkata, he is beautiful manager and also a good body messager. Room quality is good but to much mosquito problems. Overall performarnce 9 out of 10.

the rooms were not up to the mark, found molds in bathroom. ac was stuck at 25 degree as the remote was broken. ac was in effective. credit cards not accepted have been forced to pay via phone. advertised it as a premium property however, it's a sham.

Poor maintained, dirty toilets, and bad service. Not recommend
