The stay was great, but the room was full of flies. Despite that, it was an awesome experience.

Papathi farms was a wonderful secluded place. You get the whole place to yourself which is amazing. The accomodation is very comfortable and has all the basic amenities you need. The farm is very natural and you can roam around freely without disruption. The best part is the bonfire which is amazing in Kodai weather

the stay in kodaikanal had its ups and downs. while the location offers serene views of mountains and clouds, getting there is a challenge due to incorrect google maps directions and lack of prior notice from the host. additionally, a nearby waste dumping area detracts from the overall vibe. the view from the property is stunning, especially during sunrise, with a cool breeze adding to the charm. however, the room itself is above average at best, with poor ventilation and a lack of proper maintenance. it gets uncomfortably hot during the day and is comfortable only post 3 pm. the washroom is below average and needs an upgrade, which impacts the overall experience. amenities were lacking—no toiletries, towels, wi-fi, or power backup provided. parking is available but difficult to access. the host is friendly and helpful, but the caretaker was neither responsive nor helpful. meals provided (breakfast and dinner) were just okay. overall, while the view is a highlight, better maintenance, improved amenities, and more accessibility would make this stay much better.

A beautiful pent house with a beautiful view. Was good for a couple. Loved the location. Bit off from the city in a valley but worth it. Food will be arranged as requested. Option of barbeque and bonfire also available. The view when the lights are off, is awesome. Will refer for sure

No air circulation inside the frame stay. You’ll have to open the main door for air circulation. The farm was so good.
