location is excellent just next to the lake. Food & amenities at this high altitude are good. Hotel staff service is exceptional, they understand challenges people from plains would face and are very supportive to get them adjusted to the place

This is an excellent place to stay. When we checked in we were offered hi-tea and shown to our tent. There was centralized heating till 10pm which was sufficient for the night. The dinner has a good spread. There was running hot water from 8pm to 8am. The staff led by my. Shashi was excellent and very hospitable. The proximity of thos placebos pangong lake is very near and that means the lake is only 5 minute walk from the property. A very big plus. Also the breakfast next morning was very sumptuous. I would definitely want to visit this place again.

We stayed here for 1 night with my wife and 2 kids. Property is good. 5 mins to the lake. Food was great. Hot water in bathroom is available till 8 am. They give thermos flask for hot water. Very much satisfied with our stay here. Staff was also super friendly.

Was nervous what to expect stating in tents but tents are comfortable, compact and clean. Hot water is available from 8. 00 pm to 8. 00 am so need to plan accordingly. Good spread of vegetarian dinner and breakfast options that too in a remote place. Staff is extremely polite and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.

Camp is good, amenties are good, staff is cooperative: only thing is wifi is not available as mentioned in mmt

Beautiful property and the hospitality is awesome. We enjoyed every bit of our stay including the food though vegetarian was well prepared. Well recommended stay if you are in pangong area. We had very comfortable stay at this camp. People are very welcoming and helpful. Food was great. There was a particular timing for a hot water which is understandable considering the overall difficulties in maintaining such a place. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had planned a stay on 24th july. However, in view of poor weather conditions at nubra we had to prep-one trip to this place by 2 days. Although the pass had opened but our travel agency and driver suggested against going to nubra due to uncertainty. With this idea i called mr nor-boo for accommodating us on that day or consider cancellation/refund - i was taken aback with kind of rudeness. E. G. "why are u calling again. I dont have time for this, "you are not the only customer, thee k hai. There are so many going to nubra, "i will not prep-one just because of your whims and famsy, etc. Anyway, we reached pangong unreserved on 22nd and tried once with local staff who treated us so well which is beyond words. Very courteous, welcoming and accommodating. I am a doctor and who can understand more the importance of customer-service provider relationship - professionalism, courtesy, compassion are essential part of this relationship and i practice this. In this situation i was appalled to feel that mr nor-boo had forgotten that i (the customer) am the provider of his livelihood. I understand terms and conditions of nonrefundability and nonavailability of rooms that day. I would have accepted had he been professional and reasonable. As he told me that "i am not the only one, actually he is also not the only one. Due to rescheduling another place the creek, disk-it also were unable to cancel/refund but being professional they supported us and we got refund through mmt.

It was a comfortable stay at pangong sarai, the tents have heating and the location is very close to the lake with some amazing picturesque views for photos. Staff is very helpful and cater to all the needs possible, plus the food was good too.

Our stay was comfortably complemented with a very good property and amenities at the height of 16000 feet with a very good staff hospitality and delicious food made by the staff. The tasty food was made in home made style

We booked lake view rooms but on reaching, we were allocated rooms at the back and were told that you are late so we have allocated the rooms to others.
