Hotel staff were very cooperative. Location was very good. I stay here with my family, they managed everything for me. They provide me taxi also. Driver was also very supportive. I will give 5 star to that driver also, but there is not any option to do that. One more thing i want to highlight is that, I booked deluxe room but they provide me super deluxe room with out any extra cost. So i will give 5 star to this hotel and its staff.

Good property and very close to Leh market. I would recommend premier room as spacious with Balcony as you would love to sit out facing snowy mountains. Food is good and staff is courteous and helpful. I cancelled my stay at other hotel when returned to Leh after Nubra trip and extended at Padma hotel only.

A disappointing stay.

Approach route to property is horrible - through narrow and dusty lanes. Hotel is quite ill maintained with dusty entrance. We had booked two rooms both of which were below expectations of a 4-star hotel that they call themselves. The towels, napkins, quilts and pillow cases were old worn out and pale due to overuse. One of the pillow cases was torn and we showed it to them asking for a change. Dinner was ok ok but breakfast was a compromise. Net net it was a disaster and the worst stay in a so called 4 star hotel.

Stayed at pad-ma for 5 days, with kids. Staff is so warm and welcoming, and great with kids too. The food at the restaurant is amazing with a lot of variety and fresh ingredients, some directly from the hotel’s garden. Last but not least the room are great, modern, spacious, very clean and warm in winter thanks to central heating. We recommend it warmly and will definitely come back!

familyWe, a family of 4 adults, stayed at hotel pad-ma during our initial leg of leh trip. Hotel came heavily recommended from a friend, and it did not disappoint us. Team at hotel pad-ma from mr anil s to everyone at reception were very kind and explained us all dos and don't of acclimatation. Our rooms were large and all facilities was taken care. Will stay here again as the hotel is at a walking distance to leh market.

Best 4 star property to stay in leh close to marke

coupleBest place to stay in leh closer to market. Dont look at google maps but follow small lane next to hotel alpine villa and you will reach market in no time. We had booked premium category room and it was on 2nd floor with views of snow capped stoke kangri mountain ranges. Since we checked in early, they offered us complementary breakfast. Room was huge with all modern amenities but with traditional architecture. Bed type was super king size and can easily accommodate 3. Staff was very helpful and overall hospitality was superb! they also decorated our room for one day since it was our anniversary special trip. Food in the restaurant was good and there were dishes ranging from north to south, west to east including some local delicacies as welk. Overall, very happy with our stay. Would reccomend to take rooms on front side on 2nd and 3rd floor facing stoke kangri ranges.

familyHotel rooms are spacious and service is also very good. Hotel is just 7 to 8 min away from main leh market, so at excellent location. Only improvement i will suggest on the breakfast, as idly was not so good, however as i am leaving in hyderabad, so comparing with that. )

coupleThe hotel is approachable from leh market by 5 mins walk through the shortcut. Though close to market but in a peaceful location. The property is really beautiful. The staff are really very good and they advised us how to get acclimated in leh. The owner of the property also on his toes to help us on any aspect needed and to check if the stay is comfortable. The staff were very supportive even when we woke them up in midnight to ask for help
