Review Of Pamba pool cottage & rooms

it's very bad mentioned a pool while booking but then got to know there was no pool for our room there was no hot water very bad service not preferable

Cleanliness is very poor. Washroom has very bad smell always.

The establishment is called pamba pool cottage & rooms, but upon our arrival, we were informed that we would have to pay extra charges for the pool, which is currently under maintenance. We were deceived by the photos that was posted but on reality everything looked different. Also, there was no proper service provided and no hospitality. 1) no room cleaning; the corner of the balcony was covered in ants. 2) no water supply from 13:30 (check-in) to 19:30. 3) no luggage storage available. 4) after 19:30, the motor and pump were repaired, but the water was a dark coffee color, and there was no initiative to clean it. 5) no blankets provided. 6) for 4+1 guests, only 2 towels were given. 7) no soap available. 8) no drinking water provided. 9) no clothes hangers supplied. 10) no tv; it is under repair. 11) rats were seen running on the ceiling. 12) no mirror in the room. 13) no dustbin provided.

bathroom flesh is not working properly and water is smelly i think it's lake water not filtering 🥲🥲

It was a pleasant stay with that home stay near to allappay boating, neat&clean, property owner is a very kindly person

It was a comfortable stay for us and room was exactly being like what they have shown in the photos and especially the hospitality was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The proximity of the rooms made it convenient for us to spend time together. The accommodation facilities were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the timely food delivery and high standards of hygiene. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others

Overall good. Location details of this property needs to be updated. From my experience it is not near ksrtc. Food is a problem in the area.

The room was not ready when we arrived. In the middle of the night the ac stopped working and water leaked all throughout the place.

Strongly advise to avoid this hotel. Very poor service and no arrangement to order food. Garbage was there behind the room and stinky smell was coming.

Overall experience & stay was good, the owner of the cottage is helpful but working staff needs to behave properly to the guest.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The room was spacious and clean. The homestay has car parking. It was value for money. The homestay owner was very helpful and helped to book boat house.

Fine is ok is like a nice and is nice but not room service suitable that you have very slow room service is not comfortable but room is fine stand fine

Awesome care taker, room, location, great stay

I stayed at this hotel on 18th december. The hotel bedsheet was already used. There were cobwebs everywhere in the hotel room. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Which needs improvement and the behavior of the hotel owner was very nice.

We were not getting any services mentioned. No room service, no toilet paper, and no wifi. Even, there was no AC and hot water. During a power cut, water will also stop. No power backup. The location of the property is good👍
