Review Of PALM VIEW

The hotel was over booked. They sent us to hotel orchid, where rooms were too small n dingy and there were no quilts. Finally they adjusted in hotel jehan. We wasted more than an hour in this cold weather looking for a room despite bookings and payment. Terrible terrible experience.

Hostel guy refused my entry. He said hotel was full. Terrible experience. I will never use your app again. Even i didn't get my money. Your app is fraud

Broken washroom fittings dirty towels rooms not clean. Need so many improvements. Staff also not co-operative. They were not even taking luggage from taxi. I have to carry my luggage myself on reception which was on first floor and no elevator / lift was there.

No lift, no kitchen, no food, no power back-up. No amenities one should call it a hotel. It was a real waste of money and time we spent there. There was no electricity and their invertor started beeping and only fan was available and even it went off after invertor got discharged. There was no generator to take the load of even lights in washrooms. It was terrible.
