Hotel Cross Way

Hotel is excellent and hotel service is also fast. Everything is excellent, when i will visit in ludhiana definitely will stay in same hotel.

My experience is very very bad with hotel cross way. Room was very dirty linens was too much dirty washroom celling broken dental kit not available

Room size is ok and complimentary breakfast has limited option

Very bad experience. Hotel do-not provide good atmosphere for family. Visitors who occupied room next to our room keeps on shouting for late hours and there is smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor area. We do-not feel safe during our stay.

Very helpless staff and they have not provide me breakfast even i booked room with breakfast.

I found this hotel is situated near railway station which is convinient as a marketing person and rooms are clean and neat. Overall stay is very nice.

The rooms are very small, not clean, no ventilation.

Location is good for train passengers. I dont like the room especially the bed is old type, i need to call them for blanket and the room is also small

The room cleaning and the bed were not clean and hence had to request staff to change the pillow cloth and clean the floor dust

The hotel did not have facility of iron. Neither the staff is customer obsessed. They do not worry about customer concern. We have book one room for 2 persons. However, we were provided with only 1 blanket and one towel. The AC was not working, the maintenance person should have ensured all appliances are working properly it shouldn't be on customer demand. Overall it was not good from my perception.

Good Hotel to stay nearby Station. Good service and hygienic. Food also good. Friendly staff.
