Hotel City Home

Hotel is close to the railway station. Those coming via rail need to take an auto to reach the hotel. It’s just 5 to 10 mins via auto & close to the market. 5 stars for location. Staff is also helpful. Rooms are clean. Food is also good. They just need to improve on adding more toiletries rather than just giving towels & a shampoo n body wash. Wash room is clean but need to add liquid soap also. Wi-fi is available in rooms had a nice stay.

Issues: cleanliness, tv & geyser not working, exhaust not working in washroom. Poor ventilation, poor condition of the room, bed and lenin are in poor condition. Complimentary breakfast was not served. Kitchen was not even open till 10am. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Towles were dirtier than any of the cloths. Positives: humble manager, dinner was ok. Conclusion: will not recommend anyone to stay here.

It was worthy and hotel staff was so pleasant via beahaviour. Cleaning was ok ok. They should provide there best rooms during stay, but room was normal only!

No intercom, hotel was under renowation, paint smell, dirty bed, dirty bathroom, no drinking water, no soap, towel, parking was impossible. Outside walls of the room plaster was broken, no number plate on room, latterly it's over all worst experience. Due to smell whole night i not sleep

Stayed here many times. The location is great for me. Very central. Really enjoyed the food. A little disappointed that they didn’t have breakfast available this time, but a staff member showed us a good place to have breakfast. Staff couldn’t be better. Very nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is good and the food is excellent. These guys got my vehicle parked right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The room shown in the pictures is completely different from the real room. The room was shabby the bed sheets dirty. The bed was the worst as the bed sheet had stains and the blanket provided.

I traveled from Jammu to Ludhiana and DJ system is allowed upto 11 PM but they stopped DJ near about 2 AM after so many requests to staff. 😒 After getting drunken the people were fighting in the corridors up to 4 AM. I made request again and hotel staff denied to help.

Hotel room is average not proper clean

We were provided normal rooms but we had booked deluxe rooms, they could have provided refund if rooms are unavailable

It's a very clean hotel at the center of Ludhiana. Staff also very good. The only issue was the hotel doesn't have in-room heaters during winters. Rest all is best, especially since I am Jain, the Jain food here is best.

Hotel is located in posh area of Ludhiana City and nearest to railway Station.

I am not happy with their service. WiFi not there, phone is dead, toothpaste kit not there and mainly the safety, the door locking system is horrible.

Staff well behaved. Parantha can be improved.
