Nice stay , clean room, well maintained washrooms

it's terrible and nightmare.. no room cleaning.. no room service.. no food is available.. no towel no Toilritiee.. food came after two hours of order and I bedded for it.... and out side food is not available... if they can't run with 100 present occupancy why they toook bookings.. they said one thing soryy sir today all rooms are full so service is low..

Location was good but the facility was very bad. They don’t maintain the room properly and also the jacuzzi was in bad condition no hygiene is maintained. I don’t like at all.

Room walls were affected by seepage, tv was lying at shelf despite of having tv mount installed at wall, no complimentary bottles, cups etc . were there.

So, stay at Orsom Stay was great. They have basic Club rooms along with theme based rooms. The club rooms are basic premium room. Good ambience with small section of pantry(kitchen), study and a big balcony in a very affordable rate. The ambience from balcony was also good and peaceful. The stay and service is awesome. Ms Siya and Ms Shruti interacted and it was good and friendly. I will recommend everyone this stay.

The way to the Hotel was not good. We had in front of the Hotel not a road and had to drive over around 100m off road with Huge stones in the way. The room was so dirty, there were peanuts on the ground and it didnt seem to have been cleaned in the last year, also it smelled so bad that we asked for a replacement. The replacement room was aswell with the same issues that we decided to cancel our stay and left the property. We expect a full refund for this really horrible experience! It was absolutely unacceptable.

I stayed at Orsom Hotel last night and had a really wonderful experience. The environment was calm and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. The hotel itself is very nice and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and well-behaved, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely recommend Orsom Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. 👍

The experience was good but they can include some complementary sanitary things. They lagged in that but staff and food was good.

Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money

Location was good rooms were not clean as shown on website required a lot of Maintinence. Many points are there that can cause injury to guest. No proper sitting.
