I stayed for 3 nights. check-in and check-out was smooth. the staff was very friendly. room was clean. decore is interesting. The washroom basin was clogged, despite reminding no one came to clean it. so that became an inconvenience. The food menu is big and service is for long hours. but if you are looking for simple every day food, the options are zero. I really struggled. Also, I'd request offering clean filtered water over packaged water (even if it's complimentary) Some people will surely choose sustainable options. Room had a tiny balcony and it is a plus. Sum total - I'd recommend the place, and I will come back as well.

Room service was not provided on time. I tried calling the room landline around 20 times, but no one answered. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself, but even there I did not receive a timely response. After returning to my room, I noticed that the jacuzzi was probably not working. Later, the reception provided me with three different contact numbers, and only after that I was able to receive proper room service.

stay was amazing my husband has lost the way so the there will be one man i guess guatam took his car for me and helped my husband for reaching the hotel location food was awesome and just 5 minuts distance from my office we will definately visit again..

Worst service ever - check in time is 02PM, I entered the property at 4:40PM on 31st August — they asked me to wait for 30mins at the reception reason being ‘the room isn’t ready yet, it’ll take some time’ whereas it should be ready by 02PM only. Not a cooperative staff at all, ignoring us like I’m here without paying anything, won’t recommend to anyone! Dirty rooms, no drainage system for Jacuzzi, landline wasn’t working, and very rude staff

I had very troublesome experience my check in time was 2 pm but property owner didn’t provide any room till 5 pm. Even after the room was provided to us, it was dirty.. there were beer bootle in room and the smoke smell was worst… I had a very pathetic experience so had to cancel the room but there wasn’t any other room available so had to raise request for room cancellation…. Now waiting for my money to be refunded

Terrible room and services

My stay at Oran Stay, Sector 53, Gurgaon was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room provided was dirty and poorly maintained. The jacuzzi was not in working condition, which was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons I booked this property. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and lacked basic manners, making the overall experience even more unpleasant mid night someone try to open ur room this is not safe place . I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional stay.

The services were terrible, I have to call multiple times for one thing and still they don't do it. The rooms were not cleaned properly

The service was very bad and I was given a room which was locked from outside, I am getting worried inside and the reception is not even picking up my calls, outside food is not allowed and the rates of the hotel are as high as that of a 5 start hotel, I will never stay in this hotel again.
