It was wonderful

Everything was awesome & staff was too good.

There are no plate, spoons inside the hotel. Washroom was not clean, water was not coming properly. Bed sheet have some dots which was not expected.

Housekeeping staff too poor No timely call pic ups Delayed communications with the third party services

I like the room and the way they are well maintained. The washrooms are clean, room.is comfortable. I did not have food there so can't comment on that. But the place is good to stay and relax for sure and the mall is right opposite the road.

The stay was so good and the location too. Very comfortable and neatly set all the stuffs.

very dirty rooms were there, washroom was smelling and curtains were very dirty. Totally unhygienic and service was like we have to call 4-5 times for room service.

The property wasn’t very clean, but the staff was polite and helpful. We stayed here for a Roka ceremony, and overall the experience was fine. However, we accidentally left behind a kettle and some clothes. When we inquired at the reception, they firmly stated that housekeeping didn’t find anything. But we are 1000% sure we left those items behind by mistake. This was quite disappointing.

The place was clean and tidy. We were able to checkin early with extra charges of course. Its nearby malls and cafes.

Our recent one-day stay was average at best. While we appreciated the location, there were several areas that fell short of expectations. Areas for Improvement 1. *Amenities*: The absence of glasses was noticeable, and the non-functional refrigerator was inconvenient. 2. *Staff*: Unfortunately, the staff's unprofessional demeanor detracted from our overall experience. Conclusion While we understand that one-day stays can be challenging, we hope to see improvements in these areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
