Great experience in that hotel,nature of staff is good and conditions of hotel is really good

1. The room was not cleaned properly. 2. Cockroaches and insects were found in the room. 3. The bedsheet was stained. 4. There was confusion regarding food charges. We ordered tea, but at the time of billing, it was charged as masala chai, as they claim to serve that by default. This should have been communicated when the order was placed. 5. Some furniture was broken. 6. Complimentary guaranteed early check-in and late check-out were promised at the time of booking, but were not provided when requested. 7. A room upgrade was requested but not given.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Great location and excellent service – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a substandard experience from start to finish. The room was not clean, with dirty bed sheets. The waste of the last guests were not cleaned. There was cigarette packets and used soap in the washroom To add to our woes, we discovered a nail protruding from the floor, which we reported to the staff. Instead of fixing the issue, they refused and asked us to shift to a smaller room. The staff's behavior was unacceptable - they were unsupportive, rude, and unprofessional. The receptionist's behavior was particularly appalling, shouting and displaying uncalled-for aggression. Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic customer service makes it a place to avoid. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a trap.zero service.MMT should remove this hotel, even they stay offer for free. Terrible front desk staffs. No staff at all for cleaning and services.

Receptionist and staff aren't trained for hospitality standards and customer service. They are rude and manner less. Room wasn't properly cleaned and giving foul smell. Basics like toilet roll were missing which they provided on request.
