Had a wonderful experience at Orraica 1 rk flat. The place was cozy, quiet, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and hygienic, making our stay very comfortable. We also loved the self check-in and check-out process, which was smooth and hassle-free. Everything provided was as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay! i had a little trouble finding car parking The rest was good, the kitchen had all the things to cook for 2, mixer grinder, chopper, even oil and some masala is also available

Stay was good and room is beautiful, had utensils and necessary things but had frequent water issues. Sometimes there was no water in tap. Sometimes no water to drink and filter only fills half of bottle. Room was clean but outside the room everyone was dumping the dustbin bags and it seems no one was picking it up. There was no lift too.
