Wanted a break from city life and saw this place. Loved the stay. Away from city and close to nature. Food was amazing too.

The property is absolutely beautiful, located on a little offbeat road which gives you a lot of quiet and calm. Himanshu and his family are the best hosts, made us feel comfortable since day one. It is surrounded by beautiful organic farms and apple trees. There is a short hike to a river and another one to a waterfall. The food is cooked in local kumaon style on a wood fire stove which makes it extra special. The room was really beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It had a fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. It is convenient if you have your own vehicle to explore around as it is a little far from the market area. They arranged beautiful candle light dinner for us on a full moon night which was just special. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone travel-ling to mukteshwar or around who needs some calmness and to explore the local culture, food and ideas.
