The location was excellent, and the property itself was really beautiful. Just a few small points I’d like to highlight: • The microwave wasn’t working. I managed without it, so I didn’t raise a complaint at the time. • The water pressure in the tap for filling the bathtub was extremely low — it took almost 1.5 hours to fill it properly. • Bathrobes and dental kits were missing. Towels were provided, but since bathrobes were listed under the amenities, they should have been available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. These are just minor issues that could be improved to make the experience even better.

It was a good experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were available at one phone call.

Rooms were smelly , washroom fittings were leaking , walls were totally damp the paint was falling off the roof , requested for a room change at the reception they denied instantly saying we are fully booked. The room was next to the reception still the most under maintained room of this property .

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Under this price segment it’s worth the price. All the basic amenities were provided along with some extra services like kettle. The rooms were so clean and the ambience was good.

Great locations combined with elegant room ambience for a relaxing experience.

There are no toiletries provided, ceiling was dripping, the bed were not clean, no supportive pillows, broken hinges, stains on floor.

Hand towel was not provided in the room we had to toilet roll to clean our hands also parking is the main issue and stair are very slipper due to rain but no one had cleaned it after the rain there some housekeeping failure in the property is average according to price

Room was not clean as expected and even TV remote was not working . There was no towels in bathroom

The property was good, location was good , had parking issues though. The basic amenities , toiletries were missing from the apartment

The place was okay, service was good. The mattress was not well maintained, the sheets, blankets were very old. Could have provided some some better bedsheets/ blankets. The lift was also not working, and the quality of the room was not good was well, the walls were in a pretty bad state, overall they should do some renovation and get new stuff for the hotel.

This one was really bad, lift was not working, there was constant smoking smell in corridor and that used to get in our room everytime we used to open the door. Washroom has no exhaust fan, floor was not getting dry. Over all very poor

I liked the ambience and place. The service was decent too. Food was not available but rest of the amenities were good.

It was quite okayish, the elevator wasn’t working, the room is smaller than shown in the pictures, there was no one picking up call on the reception at night. It was fine as you are not paying a lot but not a fan

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall room was okay but bathroom gate was damaged and reception number was also not working. Not able to call reception directly

Property’s location is really nice . Also the environment is good & the staff also. Room is very blissful . Would love to stay in future for sure
