Hi, I think i have paid a decent amount of terrif for the stay but there were a lot of issues I have gone through. Firstly they don't even give water bottles to the guest and when asked they said you have to go to the different floor and fill your bottles and as i had to take some medicines then also they told me to go and fill your bottle on your own and no one can help you with this. The Hygiene was also a problem no cleaningness. They don't even provide basic Toiletries or something in that matter. The food options was not there in the buffet and just plain and bland food. I am literally fed up with the services and the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the people present there.
