It’s good, nice faculties and the room is very clean but some issues with ac although a cold and calm room.

A cute homely guest house at a very reasonable rate and an amazing location. Just outside the guest house is a buzzing market which makes the area quite lively. Also, there are many good restaurants nearby. The beach, the bike rental- literally everything that you need for your goa trip is within 5 min of walking distance.

I booked this room after seeing good reviews on google. And those reviews are actually correct. This was a good stay along with family

Overall experience with this hotel is above expectations ! am not expecting room like they provide. Staff was really politely, specially receptionist named 'vishwanath. Just go for it. Doesn't matter you are alone or with family or with partner, they will provide their best to us. Glad to visit this hotel. Washroom or bathroom was well managed and cleaned. Cold and hot water both options are available there.

A budget stay worth of money. Best part is the owner & staff mr. Biswanath is very cordial & helpful. We reached 2hours before our check in time, but mr viswa managed it well & arranged the room at the earliest. Room is spacious.

It's a dirty and cheap place with dirty rooms and no man power, beds were dirty, no proper staff, also lot of mosquitoes and they don't provide mosquito repellent also, management is not there also they promised something and gave something. Very bad experience.

Very near to Beach and market, 2 min walking to Beach. Very peaceful stay, good for groups of boys.
