- wrong room information was mentioned. - staff was not responding to the intercom facility from the room. I had to stay without water at night. - room cleanliness had few minor issues.

I recommended don't go to this restort, they serving food stored in cold storage and they cook and serving the food , me and wife food poison, full night vomiting and there is No room service, heavy cost for food , No hot water nothing waste of money

for the service of food to room it is little bit away from room, it takes 5 minutes to reach by that time it gets cooled. in winter it is difficult on other seasons we serve minimum dishes to room however for Breakfast, meal & Dinner will be served @ restaurant only(Exception for Disabled Persons. also the food was taken from outside may be that caused illness we have evidence.

Overall stay was good. But something’s are not functional like and bathroom needs renovation. If you have to step out in the middle, it’s risky as they have switched off lights and no one in the front office and doors are locked to even go out

Room size is very small for the charges. Tv did not much options of viewing. Resturant service is very bad. People did not know abut food availability. Breakfast was set at 9 am where in it was suppose to be ready by 7. 30 i felt it was over priced for the services offered and experience given no room service

The room is too small for three individuals, even though it is listed as double occupancy on the website. How many adults are staying in room nine? Please also note that the restaurant is open from 8 am to 10 am for breakfast. The menu includes the time and the name of the dish we are serving, so if you need it immediately, ask the waiter. We also have room service, but only for older people who are more likely to have disabilities.

Place is good, but maintainance should be improved, whole night there was no electricity and nobody bothered to pick call in reception to help. There was not hot water in bathroom but they didn’t fix it nor changed our room
