Had a very good experience the view its next to the beach on of the best resort in this locations plus point is there beach cafe. Others resort don’t have and the stuff over there very polite and helpful nature just love the place must visit place if your in Gokarna also u can visit with family

Dogs are everywhere in property chasing you almost attacked me. No caretaker is there to help if you need. They say wifi is there but in actual they switched off and when asked to owner he said recharge is not done. Terrible

It was near the beach. Management wise it is an average hotel, Rain water came inside the room later we asked to change the room and changed to a different room.

staff was very co-operative and we enjoyed our stay of 3 nights there. if you are also in a group and looking for budget friendly stay with beech view we are recommending this to you

The location and the service was very good. Tho it's far little far from main area but for the beach lover and the one looking for a relaxed vacation, it's totally worth it.

Overall Rating: 4/5 We stayed as a group of 7 members and booked 2 non-AC rooms and 1 AC room at Ocean Cottage. The stay was beautiful—rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beach is very close to the property, and we could feel the freshness right after entering the rooms. AC worked perfectly, and extra mattresses were provided at ₹200 per day. There's a restaurant behind the cottage. While the food was okay even after customization, they do charge a bit extra on MRP products, likely due to transportation from the city. Beer is available at the restaurant, and it's a great spot to plan a cake-cutting near the beach. The location from room to beach was excellent. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 mainly due to two concerns: parking is a little far from the cottage, and there are many dogs around—some even sleep at the door entrance. Also, in summer, sleeping in non-AC rooms can be uncomfortable as the bedrooms don’t have proper ventilation. You’ll need to keep the window open all night for airflow.

Neat and clean. Beach facing location. 3 people can stay very comfortably in a room.

it is located at a secluded place near Patang Beach where you don't find anything except their stay. we found fly inside the room at night entering through sliding doors. Food was below average at their cafe/restaurant which is the only option to eat there.They don't even provide complementary water bottle but charge double on it. overall it was not worth the price that too in Gokarna.

The location is quite secluded but the stay is very safe. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The beach is very clean and serene. Breakfast at the stay is good. We had a wonderful time there.

Nicest experience as the property has direct access to the beach. Those want to have a good, relaxed time should consider this as a solid option to stay.

The cottage was well built and had basic amenities. Food was good. But the entrance to the cottage was through a sandy patch which was a bit difficult to navigate.

The place was very well maintained. We stayed in a cute and cozy beach view cottage. Food available on the property was great. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only drawback is that the place does not have a parking area. We had to park a few meters down the lane and walk.

it was a pleasant stay we had… but the staff are slow in taking the order and serving them.. rest all it’s good.. 👍
