It is really horrible. The rooms are full of mosquitoes. No geyser in the room. The towels are shoddy

the beach was closed in monsoon and there was no livelihood around the place. they should mention in the description

No parking space, to park in pay parking lack of cleanliness no hot water in room no good option at stay good beach access

Room was poorly maintained with not strong flooring and old bed and uncomfortable matress.

Rooms were quite old and the condition was terrible. There was No Parking available.

Nice hotel room in front of beach. Food options are limited. When we left the hotel room, they were installing ACs. so now theya re equipped with Acs too.

The host Kumar is a very nice person.. He takes care of guests very nicely. Just ground floor rooms weren’t ventilated and we visited during hot weather. That was the only issue we faced. Food was also nice especially Maggie and Egg chilli..

There was no lock on the door. I couldn't stress this issue enough! There was even no proper latch to put a lock on. There was no Ac and geyser (maybe we didn't notice this info before booking). Otherwise, it seems fine. Great view!

View was good from 1st floor room food not good overall it was okay experience as everything is overpriced there even the room prices are very high

It was comfortable stay which is located near to beach also staff was very helpful. All aminities was provided neat and clean

It's within 3 km from bus stop. Auto charges 200 to reach the beach n easy to locate the stay. Food is costly at the stay. There's namaskaram cafe which is within 500 m from the stay. Food is yummy n price is reasonable there. The beach is just 100 m from the stay n you can dip in the ocean whenever you want. Best sunset view n less crowded.

The stay was comfortable and the beach access is the main attraction of the location. Still vibes could have been much better.

The location of the property is beach view. Rooms were clean and tidy. The view from the room was amazing. We had to get hot water from outside tap which i believe they should have given direct connection in the washroom. Overall it's worth for money.

Good rooms with paid parking @200 meters hot water not available in room should be brought from out side

Vacation Good room in a decent price, they should offer AC rooms as well which was a little let down otherwise staff was superb, due to off season i guess they were not offering food so we have to go out for food. View from room was great it is just on the beach

Stay is good worth for the money. It would be better if they had an option of ac rooms. Gets too hot sometimes. View from the balcony is worth every penny
