Perfect Beachside Stay!

Had an amazing time at The Beach Melody Stay! The vibe here is super chill — surrounded by nature and just a few steps away from the beach. The rooms are bright, cozy, and give off relaxing beach vibes. The staff are kind, helpful, and always make you feel at home. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and the sound of waves at night. Very bad experience

Property is in remote location with very bad approach roads & very risky to reach hotel. There is No private parking & No in-house restaurant. Staff hospitality is very bad & rude behaviour. Recommended for better property search while touring with family by car.
The Beach Melody Stay
This is a fake and misleading review. The guest actually ran away during checkout after spoiling the bedsheet with food stains, and when our staff questioned it, he behaved rudely and left. The Beach Melody Stay is located right at Gokarna Main Beach, just 3 km from the town centre and temple — not a remote location at all. The approach road may get muddy during rains (which is common near all Gokarna beaches) but is never risky. Parking is available just 25 meters from the property, which is quite good for a beachside stay since many others in the area don’t even have nearby parking. We also have a mini café and food delivery service from nearby restaurants. Our team always treats guests politely and even helped this guest with trip planning. Sadly, this false review does not reflect the true experience of genuine travellers who have stayed with us.

Stay was not good at all.Toilet seat was broken, no proper parking space, no cleanliness, cockroaches in the room.

We would like to clarify that the toilet seat in your room was fully functional, parking is available just 25 meters from the property, and our team maintains regular housekeeping. We have not received any reports of cockroaches from any other guests. We also want to note that your request to cancel the booking due to rain was not accommodated as per our policy. We believe the claims made in your review are not reflective of the experience provided.

Beachview was mentioned but it's cannot say as beachview hotel, Lights were off due to powercut at entrance path Lots of mud in path to hotel No proper sign board at Google location mentioned No hot water provided and child like reasoning we're observed Written 3 star like experience on MMT Profile but experience was bad than basic lodging So the total hotel appearance posted v/s real experience of hotel is totally misleading information

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your stay did not fully meet expectations. A sign board is available at the property entrance, but we will review its visibility on Google Maps to avoid confusion. You were allotted a sea view room, and we regret if the view did not match your expectations. For hot water, we have two sources – sustainable solar and electric heaters. Unfortunately, due to continuous rains, the solar heating was limited, and a local power cut disrupted the electric supply. Our backup generator is designed to support only essential lights and fans, not heavy appliances like geysers. The approach road condition was affected by rains, which is a seasonal challenge in coastal areas, though we are coordinating with local authorities for improvements. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we are working on enhancements to provide a smoother guest experience.

Had a lovely stay at Beach Melody... The biggest plus is definitely the location just a quick 50-meter walk and you’re on the beach. Perfect for morning walks or sunset views. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfy. Only downside is there's no food service at the property, so you’ll need to head out for meals, parking is not available for cars...But overall, a peaceful and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back...

the stay was nice, the rooms, staffs, and ambience all were good. it is very close to the beach but not beach view. They are very strict with checkout timings. They told checkout timing is 10:00 am, not once.. during the time of booking, during check-in, and also they knocked the door, woke us up and said in 1 hour you must check-out.

Thank you for your feedback. However, your claims are not accurate: 1. Housekeeping is available on request, with clear timings mentioned during check-in. A hotel cannot function without it, and we ensure it is provided as per schedule. 2. There are multiple beachside restaurants serving vegetarian food just 2 to 5 minutes away, including popular options. We appreciate your love for the natural setting, but it's important to provide fair and factual reviews.

Stay was pleasant. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Location is good but unable to identify the property easily. Parking is not available at property but nearby public parking available. No restaurant at property so need to go for outside food.

Rooms were good close to the beach. Staff was arrogant and charged extra for a room change as we wanted both the room on the same floor. No basics food fecility at the property also the staff not kind

Our team explained this during a courteous and respectful conversation. We always strive to accommodate guest preferences as best as possible within availability and policy. Regarding food, we currently do not offer in-house meals, which is clearly mentioned in our listing. We appreciate your understanding on this. As with most beachside properties, the last stretch of road can be narrow or rough, which is common in such locations. Beach access is a short walk away, not direct. Our check-out time is 10:00 AM, clearly mentioned at the time of booking. You checked out at 12:30 PM despite multiple reminders. Throughout, our staff was treated with disrespect and faced rude, aggressive behavior by you. Such conduct is not acceptable and goes against the basic courtesy we expect from guests.
