Rooms are ok but cleanliness and wall paintings need to be done. Hot water should be arranged in the bathrooms

It was great experience with beach beat resort.. care taker was very friendly this resort is very close to kudle beach just 2 min walk to reach the kudle beach from the resort, rooms are clean, we are order the food from beach beat kitchen the food is very tasty.. allover the stay was nice .. I would highly recommend this resort

There is no motor-able road to the property. The way to the resort goes via fields and is absolutely not recommended after sunset.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The fans in our room weren't working, and when it was finally replaced, it was done while we were still in the room, which was quite inconvenient and delayed our plan. Despite booking an ac room, the ac didn't work at all. To make matters worse, the beds were not clean. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Very good owner helped lot. Food is good near to kudla & om beach gokarna enjoyed stay in beach beet.

Property is near to the beach, however there are no shops closer to the house. Great hospitality. Hot water is an issue but is given in buckets when requested. It’s a good stay but they need to improve the experience.

Way to beach from this hotel is very dirty narrow and risky late evening. Paid parking 100/day that also was almost 500 meter away from thus hotel. Owner will send someone to parking so that they can help you with luggage from that place to hotel. Overall ok hotel.

It was great experience with beach beat resort. Food, hospitality, care takers was awesome. My caretaker mr. Vignesh was very friendly and he take care of our needs as required. And this resort is very close to kudle beach by walk you can reach the beach and have the fun at late night. Thanks team beach beat.

The host was very helpful and the staff also very helpful in every regard, rooms were clean and tidy and the place is very near to the beach like a 5mins walk to kudle beach. Hygiene can be improved.

Decent room with amazing location. Just 1-2 minutes walking from kudle beach. The host of this homestay mr. Manjunath is very helpful. The food ordered from the homestay kitchen was also very good. Overall a very good experience.

The room given to us was in very bad condition. Dirty bed sheets, blankets, unclean toilet. Not at all worth the money i spent on it.

I stayed here for a day, staffs were really nice and the washroom was neat and tidy. However, the bedsheet felt too old with good wear and tear and also there were bed bugs which ruined my sleep.

I was completely happy for the penny which i spent in that place, place was very nice and calm such a memorable stay

Hi, i was inspired by the journey of mr. Kalra after reading about him in the book by rashmi bansal, stay hungry stay foolish. I became a frequent user of mmt. But this time i was really taken aback by its attitude. The place i booked was okayish( except for a few power cuts a couple of times and no complementary breakfast, i have nothing against the homestay) but the way mmt increased its rates surprised me!
