Good place to live for professionals for a short stays . Location is also very good as it is approachable from most the important places

room is very comfortable and staff is very helpful. housekeeping services is excellent. specially owner behaviour is very good.

Room cleaning was done by kailash,his cleaning was superb ,I liked the service provided by Niketan Team , Property was always very net and clean .

We came medanta for routine check up with family .We are taking two bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Rooms are met and clean washroom are clean .Hotel located at only few minute distance from medicity .They provided us kitchenette with freez all crockery cutlery. Location was awesome. Hotel was located at only Near Medanta hospital, Rooms are net and clean, They provided us homely made food buffet daily basis .that is very healthy .Highly recommended for family stay

It was a really nice stay, and the service felt super homey, plus the room and bathroom were clean. It's also easy to get to the NH8 and the Huda metro in like, 15 minutes. Awesome!

The room was good, the facilities was satisfactory. But there was a rat in one of the rooms that I booked. I even called at the reception to do something about it, but they didn’t care to take it out. Otherwise, the stay is satisfactory, although it’s a bit pricey, considering the room and all.

On the very first day i had rat in my room the other day i skipped going to my room and had them clean and remove the mouse overall the room was okay but for the rat and mosquitoes and cockroaches it made my stay bad

upon arriving at the hotel for check-in, I was informed that no room was available despite having made a full payment in advance. I had to wait for approximately 20–25 minutes while the staff coordinated with a nearby hotel to arrange alternate accommodation. While I do appreciate that I was eventually provided with a place to stay for the night, I am extremely disappointed with the way my confirmed booking was handled. It is unacceptable and highly unprofessional to allocate a prepaid room to someone else without prior communication or consent. I would request MakeMyTrip to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

 I had a wonderful stay at Niketan Service Apartments Medicity in their interconnected 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking and living comfortably. It truly felt like a home away from home.
