Terrible Stay
I am not sure how this has earned any awards. I understand the affordable pricing and quality that you get but there were serious issues with the property. 1. Insects and spider on bed. 2. Switch boards hanging out of wall. 3. WiFi was unstable and didn’t work for entire 1 day. 4. People were constantly calling and asking for dental kit but they said they have ordered and it will come. 5. No slippers, no soap for bathing. Only shampoo and handwash. Eventually we got 1 dental kit between two. If you desperately want to spend less and prefer this area only then it is fine to book the hotel. Washroom is so small and nothing like the pic. The room pic shown is of superior room but they have not put any picture of delux room.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at your hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff, especially Vishal, were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, which set a positive tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. Even from the 3rd floor, the view was unexpectedly stunning and added to the relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—there was a great variety of options, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

Decent at this price
The hotel is reasonably priced and suitable for short stays. Breakfast is good, and the rooms come with small attached kitchens. However, the rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures.

Provided room is ok in cleanliness but staff behaviour is very rude and there are almost no facilities at all. No slippers in the room even they provided earlier no drinking water, no utensils to have meals in the studio apartment and got towels after almost 3 hours of check-in. Zepto order arrived but hotel staff sent our order to another room and didn't even informed or asked us.

Affordable and clean place. Spacious rooms with all kitchen amenities. Staff was friendly too. Location wise also the place was good. The air bnb also had breakfast buffet. On booking online with MMT, it could be booked even cheaper.

Comfortable Overnight Stay
We stayed overnight as a family of four and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Staff were polite and very prompt in responding to our request for extra water bottles. The breakfast spread was good, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for a short family trip.

Good rooms at a decent price. Breakfast is ok for the price paid. The only issue faced was the leaking health faucet and even after repeated reminders they couldn't deliver towels on time.
