Apartment, location facilities were good. Villa was clean but more better if it was dust free.

Overall good, this time additional bed sheet was there but soap oil and shaving set was not there. It is little away from my destination triprayar. Hygienic kitchen with gas stowe, induction cooker and mineral water. Dining area neat. Overall good.

Nice villa is situated only 4 km from beach and 7 km from peringottukara temples. Even though it is slightly interior, a calm and quiet location, neat packet of hair oil noticed. Overall not bad, it is good.

Place was neat and clean hot water available perfect budget stay feels like staying in home. I didn't took pictures

The stay is very close to the kayaking location, and the city junction is near the property location. Manager is also helpful in buying some groceries. The property is in such a calm and nice location to stay for long.

Worst place to stay with your family
It’s very far away for trissur railway station. Will not recommend to family audience. Water logging in restroom. The place lacks hygiene big time.
