old style Rooms Narrow Corridors and check in too delayed
soloFinding the property is a little difficult , Rooms are in a very narrow style the corridors also very narrow . Rooms are also old style

Very noisy and room and somebody can easily hear or spy from another room
coupleVery congested room. Can easily hear or spy one another room. My phone was damaged due to no proper charging points. I incurred loss of 4k

Deny to offer 1 ltr water and demanded cash
coupleExpensive comparison with price of other hotels. Very congested room. Dirty and rags bedcover/pillow cover. Rude housemen.

1.We Really don't know why you purposefully rating us down. 2.We treated you very well and you are happy us. 3. You try to state that we are charging higher rates than other hotels, but you have stayed at our hotel multiple times. However, so many thanks for choosing us.

Average Stay
The hotel is average. Here mosquito is available so i don't like this. Rest all bed & ac is ok. In the toilet showing good but working normally.

Usually mosquitoes are not in present in the usual days perhaps the climate change it may happened however we have provided liquid with machine and necessary safety measures. We really apologize the difficulty you have faced in the matter of mosquito. However we will more keen regarding this. Thankyou.
Room very unhygienic and bathroom not so goo
Location is very nice, in city itself; no food options, only tea/coffee option in the room and amenities lack toiletries. My prime concern was the cockroaches and cleanliness, washroom was very smelly.

Dear guest, we are not asking you to say good things about us. You should give a honest report. Such reports should be withdrawn as they cause confusion for our customers. Please do not make us lower end of our organization based on that you have seen a cockroach. Even though so many customers have come to us, no one has said anything bad yet. I think you are abusing MMT privilege for someone's convenience. MMT, this review is not honest. Everything he mentioned is wrong and fake nor it is fabricated.
Decent
Everything was good. Near by auto stand, railway station, uber acess, hotel. Near to thiruvambadi, vadkkumnathan temple. Ac wi-fi neat rooms, friendly staff's.

Good Stay
I earned a nice experience while i stayed at unique homes through makemy trip bookings. They provide a neet and quality room for us yesterday. And also that in and out services was also nice.
