Very bad experience, bkwas , so much smell and mosquitoes in room , where ac is bad from ac water is running, no soap , shampoo provided by hotel , so dirty bed sheet , locality is so poor, never recommended n yes make my trip it’s very bad that your app is suggesting this type of hotels

very bad experience...
Mentioned amenities were not present in the room, washroom was not clean and there were many bats near the pool area. We booked nevaji palace because of the pool but we were very much disappointed. We asked for towel many times but towel was not given even near the pool area. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast they just had poha and aloo paratha.

Terrible Stay
very poor service, not able to fulfill their commitments. Basic necessities in a hotel room were not provided like bathroom slippers, tea cattle, small t table, properly hanger for hanging clothes etc.road side parking for vehicle. Breakfast was not good.

There are better places at this price elsewhere Kota
The experience was not nice the rooms were not clean. The sheets were all old and dirty and so was the restroom. The staff behavior was all grumpy and not good The staff was not welcoming at all. I will not be staying there now onwards.

groupStaying in nevaji palace was pleasant & satisfy for customers. Room service was good. Cleanliness was good but room size slightly small if you adjust extra bed in room. Fix menu breakfast was delicious. Overall accomodation is good
