It was an excellent hotel. Very neat and clean beds and hotel rooms with very reasonable price. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Please don't stay here. Customer service is bad, TV is there but no recharge on set top box, and many other things.
They charged extra for 1 hour late check-out, too bad customer service.

Nice hotel in prime location, near railway station, rooms are neat and clean but have no restaurant but they arrange very tasty from Amar Punjab restaurant, recommend hotel to every visitor of Kota.

Kindly don't waste your money

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, I opted for AC room, AC of the room stopped working after 3 hours. I tried to contact the front desk at night but no one was available. I was forced to spend my night in a suffocated room without AC. To my surprise in the morning when I complained about the same the person in front desk had guts to argue. In fact he was aggressive when I said I will not give good review. Not only this the toilet was so dirty that I decided to check-out without taking a shower. This hotel does not deserve to be on MakeMyTrip was a nightmare for me.
