Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. However, I found it inconvenient that there was no handwashing facility outside the restaurant. Guests had to go all the way to the bathroom to wash their hands.”

Had a good stay, delicious food but some maintenance issues.

The location of the resort is terrific. Hospitality of the staff and the food was really good. The only improvement area is the maintenance of the property. If done properly, this resort can very well be amongst the best in the region.

The food was nice, location was perfect, facilities were cool. The only concern with the room no.206 was the gate. It was jammed and locked was tight. It will be difficult to lock and open for the one who is not strong. Rest everything was perfect.

Excellent Stay
MPT Hinglaj Resort is at Prime Location. Good Ambience, Good Welcoming, Good Service and very much helpful to customers. Keeping everything ready, a little example is when we visited it was raining and they loaded and deloaded our luggage in an e-car, served us tea coffee and live breakfast and *Falahar*. When we get settled in our *Chambal 105* room they kept an umbrella for moving around on a rainy day. Neat and clean rooms, neat and clean swimming pool, gym, sport room, restaurant with hygienic food, water and prompt service too. I myself have good experience with MPT Bhedaghat, MPT Amarkantak, MPT Bargi Dam Resorts/properties and found the extraordinary hospitality everywhere. We stayed with four lake facing rooms 103, 104, 105 & 205. All my friends, four couples (8 people) are very pleased and enjoyed this property with the caring guys of the resort. Amazing view of the Gandhi Sagar Dam from the room balcony. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bathroom was also neat and clean equipped with 24 hrs running hot & cold water. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner & breakfast buffet as complimentary. Food was good 👍 overall a great stay. Would like to stay again 😊

The staff was totally professional and bit with lot of ego ....when i by mistake informed that forgot to handover the key to counter and i was all the way to return to key ,.the peson on phon said to me you will be charged another 750 Rs ......very disappointing...... though stay was comfortable
