Worst staff ever. Extremely rude, unwelcoming, and arrogant — not even the GM greeted us. Their tone and body language were horrible. When the top management itself doesn’t care about guests, nothing else matters. Totally disappointing experience.

Property had too much power fluctuations and food in breakfast has very less options and not tasteful. Hotel is meant for marriage purpose mainly. Lift was very badly smelling that we can’t stand for a minute. No warm welcome at entry
