Hi, lift not working and no support given by the reception team. It was heavy raining and full of water on staircase. There was a chance to get slipped, infact happened once with me but luckily i managed and no Indecent occurs.

Poor property air-conditioning is very low inside the room multiple times complaint to hotel staff but no response their side. It is resort but swimming pool inside the resort. Their is one water park near by resort which is chargeable.
