Pros: Location, food quality. Cons: Untrained Staff (Allotted twin beds inspite of booking double bed). Had to talk to multiple people to sort it out. Got to know that Hotel GM took the valet boy to drive his car and we have to park our car in a nearby ground. Post check out, received call from hotel to collect one leftover item. When reached hotel, got to know that item belongs to some other room. Overall some improvements are required on the operations side.
