Terrible experience, never book it
Basic amenities were missing. I booked a suite with Jacuzi and a deluxe room. To my suprise one AC was always on and they werent able to fix it. Hot water supply was not available and even after multiple assurances they werent able to provide hot water till I stayed. The illumination in bathroom was improper, they have sealed the fused bulb socket. The switch board was broken. The switches were not working. Even for hair dryer I had to reach out with mutiple calls and waited. Entire experience ruined.

Service is pathetic, one has to call at least twice for any service. Wash room jet pump was leaking. Most of TV channels were not subscribed. Food is good.

Good Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and easily accessible by public transport. The food quality is good, with a great variety of delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent service at the restaurant. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient experience. Poor Stay
The hotel was awesome but the room was very short and the washroom was not good. In another way not provided any other facilities like washroom items were not given, and In my room the refrigerator was also not working and my washroom door was not properly locked.

I don't know how I come down to this hotel..it is perthetic .. Rooms are stinky, no cleanliness , staff is poorly behaved , ammenties in room not available.. outer face looks good but the inside story is totally hollow.. bad experience.. not recommended for anyone ..

It was a really good experience of staying with family at the hotel. The food was average, but the service was really good. The property has a beautiful and lively cafe and the location is nearby the riverfront. Overall recommend!

I recently stayed at Clarks Premier Hotel in Kota, and while the location of the hotel was convenient, my overall experience was not in line with the expectations of a 4-star property. Here’s a detailed review of my stay: Location: The hotel is situated in a good location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and services. This was certainly one of the positive aspects of the stay. Rooms: The rooms were just okay, but definitely not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. There were no slippers provided, and tissue paper was also missing. The doors had visible cracks, which affected the overall ambiance and comfort of the room. Additionally, the A/C was not functioning properly during my stay. In the middle of the night, the air conditioning stopped cooling, which made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Food: The food provided was just average, nothing exceptional. It was not up to the quality one might expect from a 4-star hotel. Room Amenities: There were no additional fragrances in the room, which would have enhanced the experience. The overall amenities were quite basic. Conclusion: Overall, I would not classify Clarks Premier Hotel as a 4-star property. The experience was more in line with a 2- or 3-star hotel. While the staff was courteous and the location was good, the condition of the rooms, the issues with the A/C, and the average food quality leave much to be desired.
