We have been staying at Keys properties across India and prefer this brand as we have always experienced unmatched hospitality standards from them. Be it the cleanliness, warm check in, or the delicious food, Keys has its own exceptional standards. It has never ever given us a chance to complain. Our stay at Kota was also one of those memorable ones. Right from the check in with Rati and Manish at the front office to the restaurant Shritmani( I hope I have spelled her name correct) And the wonderful chefs behind each and every mouth watering dish that was offered to us, it was just sheer pleasure. Lots of warm wishes and more force to the management team. All in all a great stay.

Clean hotel and professional staff. Well furnished rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good but it's only vegetarian. Only odd thing is the swimming pool is on the rooftop right next to their restaurant which doesn't provide privacy from the busy staff. They could remedy it by adding a screen between that. Otherwise really good stay.

Stayed with wife and 2 year old child. Location is good, rooms are spacious and were clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Arranged baby food on request, accidentally billed it but reverted when realised food is for baby. Front desk and house staff especially Mr Ishant was very prompt in service. Covered parking was positive. Food was ok pure vegetarian, needs improvement variety especially non vegetarian items.

The check in welcome by Traditional tilak on foreheads , along with detox drinks really refreshing, and in next 10 minutes we are in our beautiful well-crafted nice clean cozy room, very well spoken welcoming staff very courteous, next the lunch and the quality of food is awesome this is what we need to kill the travel appetite.... very attentive Sheff with great culinary experience , restaurant attendees like sweta and shrista are great companion for food .
