I Will Rate My Stay As Average, Room Service Is Quite Slow, You Need To Call Repetitively For Everything.

Worst hotel to stay. We got room at 5:30 PM Room phone not working No proper management Fridge in the room is missing Food quality was good but won't ever suggest anyone to book this

hotel looks good but washroom bath tub is leaking . fridge was not available on time in room.kettle was not working. food is good . hotel staff management on reception counter is not supported.although its 4 star hotel but I am giving 3star rating . rooftop kawo is good

Hygiene and upkeep not good. Lacks professional of a 4 star hotel. Parking vehicle on road. Better avoid

Extremely dirty water and rooms are connected to another room so there is no privacy

Poor service. Late room cleaning. Had to call 3 times for water every time. Asked for towels which were sent 2 hours later after multiple requests.

Ac line was having rates which has created so noice all night. Lining were not clear. Food was ok. Washroom were not clean n smelly

He asks for the room preferences and allots the room accordingly. The house keeping staff escorts you to the room which makes a customer feels luxurious. Ms. Jyoti, ms. Tin a and mr. Brijesh supports you with the house keeping. The therapy restaurant is a good location to start your day with breakfast where mr. Narendra and mr. Rohit serves you delicious food. 5/5 for all the hotel management.

The rooms were dirty, there was dust all around. Kettle kept for boiling water having layer of dust. It seems the room was locked for long time. The cushions and bedsheets were used. Since we checked in late hours. And the phone was also not working.
