Our stay there was very good. The rooms are good, newly renovated, the bathroom was good. The property is small and it is pure vegetarian, but they are trying to come up. The location is very good. The upcoming quota airport is just in front of the Arth Boutique Hotel. So when the airport will be functional in a year or a half, then hopefully this Arth Boutique Hotel will be picking up business very, very fast. They have good parking space. Underground parking space is also available, and they have some parking in front of the Arth Boutique Hotel. Also, the looks are good. Food is very tasty; though it is vegetarian, it is very, very tasty. Especially I like the pindi cholas; they serve very nicely.

we have stayed here 3 times while travelling from jaipur to bhopal so this is the genuine review. location is very good & Arth Boutique Hotel has ample parking space. food quantity & quality both are excellent. we travel with our 6 month old baby so cleanliness is very important for me, so we always stay here because rooms are very clean, well maintained and well lit. very cooperative, skilled, polite and well behaved staff. overall whenever in kota, we will always consider staying in arth.

Room cleanliness and features are great. The quality of the material used in the rooms was great. But some basic amenities were missing like a center table; you have to eat your food on the ground or on the bed. Except for the room, the service and food quality are poor. The staff, mainly the front desk at night, need immediate improvement. They are not very supportive for even basic things.
