Morning Reception Staff is not coperative with official query and his behaviour is very rude. Room AC also not working Properly.

it's a horrible stay. AC in the room is not functioning properly. food quality is worse, food is not fresh cooked nor the taste is up to the mark. we ordered for channa masala and rice. Both items smell very bad. on complaint no corrective steps taken by hotel staff. bed and mattress are very dirty and old.

they say couple friendly but didn't allow for local ids and after asking for solution they don't talk and didn't give any solution on that , staff is full of attitude. worse experience ever

The service was disappointing, and despite multiple complaints, the staff didn't seem to care much about addressing my concerns. The room I was given was also not up to standard. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Even after I reported the issue, no action was taken to fix it or offer me a different room. The staff's attitude, especially that of the supervisor, was unprofessional and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. Based on this experience, I can only rate it a 2/10. Very poor service, bad food, and a lack of attention to guest needs. Would not recommend.

A good budget hotel with specious room with all modern amenities . TV and intercom phatne not working, food is good .

Good location, clean rooms with hot water. Food is great too, lots of vegetarian options. The only issue was noise during the day and night upto 11pm of utensils cleaning behind the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful.Bed was comfortable.

It was a nice and value for money stay at maheshwari jalsa. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Service was also quick and i also liked the breakfast. The only issue was of limited parking space as the location was like that only.

Room are preety decent in size. Rooms are well maintained and hygiene. Necessary amenities are provided like shower gel, lotion, kettle for coffee making including sugar and green tea n coffee pouch. No disturbance at all. Food at the rooftop is very nice. Overall very pleasant stay.
