very Beautiful stay
Very nice stay at very beautiful location. It is near the Jamapore beach. Affordable and close to nature. The stay was beautiful and at a very prime location. Close to Jampore beach. Just the room service is not so good.

Terrible Stay
The resption staff was very bad they treated us very poorly while we were checking in and also while we were checking out at the time of checking out we have to wait for 1hr to check out the behaviour of the staff was very rude they didn’t want guests from make my trip I think so for other people who came with direct booking they were given priority in everything which is not fair I think you should take very strict action about this

Amazing experience
The stay was relaxing and the staff was so polite and helpful in every way and they even let us check in early as we reached there early and i would definitely like to stay there again

It was a good experience. The service was also excellent. But the hotel was smaller than it was shown in the MMT photos. It was not a resort; it was a hotel. Rooms were big and clean. The food was also decent. According to the price I paid, I found it costly. It should be around 2k, not more than that.

It was not a comfortable stay. The room floor was continuously wet & watery. The hotel management told us to keep AC continuously ON at a very low temperature to dry up the floor. If we keep AC even at 24 degrees, the wetness would come again. We felt that we were staying in a wet room.

Horrible experience in an average over priced room
No hot water in the bathroom ,threadbare towels , limited breakfast menu ,rude front desk manager . Overpriced for what they actually offer. The front desk manager is partial to some guests. He gives out freebies to some guests while not us right in front of us. They hound you at night for booking in their new night club but won’t feed you at 11:15 pm. They will also call you multiple times during checkout and I am sure they do this selectively to some guests and not others.

Food is very costly.. 1 Litre water bottle for 100 Rs..taste was fine but unjustified price for food. TV and phone were not working..No help for arranging conveyance for travel even in city.
