The property was good in looks only . The bills weren’t signed and I saw unsigned bills added while checkout . Also there was a cup missing since chec-in but I was asked to pay for the cup at check out saying it was broken by me .. Found cockroaches in thand outside the fridge

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The services were extremely poor and not worth the money charged. Right from the start, there was no staff to assist with luggage during check-in or check-out, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff was uncooperative, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering solutions, they made the stay stressful. To make matters worse, the hotel tried to include extra charges in the final bill without any valid explanation. When I questioned the charges, the staff responded rudely and refused to resolve the issue properly. This shows a complete lack of transparency and accountability. Overall, the hotel fails to provide even basic hospitality standards. Guests deserve respectful service, assistance, and honesty, none of which were present here. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel, as it is not customer-friendly and does not deliver the services it claims.
