Hello!! This is Prem Ramakant Agavane and I will be giving you a detailed review about this hotel. First of all this is not Cidade de daman but Citadell de daman. Then let’s talk about location- the hotel is 4-5 kns away from the main attraction and is in the outskirts of daman but the location is easily accessible and you can reach out through google maps easily. Then Check in process was quite simple and faster while check in they provide two bottle of mineral waters free of cost and a person to carry you luggage. The parking space was quite good weather if you have 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler car. The hotel has been built new back 2-3 years and the hotel’s interior are fabulous and the fittings are all premium wonderful interior. And the price of one night truly worth it of the experience. And we talk about sourrounding the entire hotel view is sourrounded by green lush trees and overall a good atmosphere. The staff and reception was welcoming and it’s safe for couple families and kids the hotel is pet friendly. They provide complimentary breakfast which included dosa,poha,chole bhature,omelette,fruits of three types and breadbutter sandwich and the quality was top notch so if you wanna go for ratings. I stayed at this hotel for one night. The food was good, and the hotel staff were very supportive and helpful throughout my stay. However, the location is a bit away from Devka and Jampore beaches, so traveling to these popular spots takes some time. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, especially if you value good service and food, but keep the distance from the beaches in mind when planning your visit.

It's a con , MMT allowing this type of Con is serious issue . Guest travelling to new location with similar name are ought to fall for this . There is this good and big hotel by name of Cidade de daman, people often want to book this hotel but they instead book this Cidatel de daman and it's non refundable . It's a small, and worst location hotel . I will request MMT to have a look in this matter.
