This hotel is good for staying ,, In side room required small Frege and two chairs

Location excellent...on main road. it's a new property...so everything looks perfect

I had a deeply disappointing stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience. On the first night, the hotel management was clearly unprepared. They assigned me a room with a broken pipe connection, which caused water leakage and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning, leaving me uncomfortable throughout the night. The second night was equally frustrating. There was a power cut that lasted for almost two hours, during which the hotel management provided no assistance or updates about the situation. Their attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive when I approached them for help, showing a complete lack of professionalism and concern for their guests. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both their facilities and customer service.

Worst Experience at this premises, lift not working, no staff to carry luggage to rooms, intercom not working, no TV in one of my two rooms booked, bathroom not cleaned, no accessories in the bathroom, no hot water supply, door not opening properly. When I talked to reception, rude behaviour to reply, no proper response. I got a number of the premises who may be the manager, was not available there & told me to call back within 5 minutes but didn't call me ever. No drinking water given, we had to go downstairs to bring even drinking water. Wi-Fi was not available so I was not able to use the TV in another room, no DTH or cable connection was there. It seemed that I had booked a C class hotel. I am asking for money back for this trip. not happy at all. No proper lights in the rooms. For even a bath towel I had to ask for 3 times. This was a very terrible experience with this hotel.

The hotel staff provided us room which was not furnished nor the ac was working
