This property is very poorly managed and far from what was shown in the photos. The actual condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing. We had booked 4 rooms, and all of them were in terrible shape. The fixtures were corroded, the furniture was worn out, and the air conditioners were not functioning properly. Everything seemed outdated, as if it had not been maintained for nearly two decades. The overall atmosphere of the property was unwelcoming and carried negative vibes, making our stay far from the relaxing experience we had expected.

Our family had a relaxed stay in a quiet and clean environment. It was the perfect place to recharge.

not enough staff. no one available for pick up and drop of luggage. hotel denied for breakfast which is included in package. sanitary items given not by hotel like toothpaste , toothbrush. no wifi available rooms are old and not much clean. no kitchenette available in rooms. no induction available in room. real property looks different than picture provided.

The housekeeping team was very efficient. They cleaned the room daily and even folded our clothes once. Big thumbs up.

They did not even gave us room said it’s already sold out and we don’t consider mmt booking at mid night I had to pay double of the amount to book a stay at different hotel

average service by hotel, promise have failed by make my trip as in contract breakfast was included but denied by hotel reception..... very disappointed

rooms are not clean and service is not good. hotel must improve facility . all over bad experience .
