Review Of Natraj Hotel and Restaurant

sub: misbehave by the hotel management at jammu. dear sir, as per the company policy i booked my room for 16-01-2025 to 17-01-2025 in "natraj hotel and restaurant jammu" vide booking. as the said hotel was provided, but the concerned management behaved and treated very badly. even the said persons forced me to leave the room at approx 11:15 pm on 16th of january. their behaviour was intolerable and somehow i managed to stay at night in the room. it is pertinent to mention the contact numbers of the persons who misbehave, i.e. . i request your good self kindly look into the matter and take a strict action against the said hotel to avoid any untoward in future. thanks mudasir

Hotel was not a good. Hotel imployees are very roodly construction at worked. So this hotel not recommended.

Good Hotel,with कंफरटेबल stay ,can stay here with family as well as alone,rooms are big,,hot water facilities also available

Dirty rooms lot of noise and I pay for breakfast but I request too many times for breakfast this is totally frustrated 😠 hotel my frist time booking in jammu now never ever this hotel all cheap and dirty

Advertising such hotels is a blot on mmt. Hotel was living hell, though stayed there for an hour but didn't checked in. Tote l waste of money. A smelling hotel having no maintenance. My relationship with mmt may not continue. Mm t should first check itself about hotels and then be a different than compitatots. My money got wasted and i stayed in another hotel called madhuban.

The location is very difficult to reach very old building

This hotel not placed in comfortable areas. I return back without stay. I have 1557 - loss on book room in this hotel. Srounding area is very dirty

Main door does not lock properly from inside the room

Whrost hotel i ever seen, me even not entered in the room, the room situation was worst even animals can’t stay there

My room was large, light and clean. They clean the room on daily basis if you want. The serve breakfast in the room and they have room service. They also take laundry. Owner and staff are very friendly. I my room there where cockroaches. Pitty. But they started renovating the rooms when i was there, oktober 2023. So it will be even better. Hotel is on the edge of the old city on a central location opposite kc plaza and easy to reach from train station by auto inr 150 to 200. Plenty of restaurants close by. I had a nice stay.

The hotel looks old. The bathroom door and the main door both needs repair. The room was ok. Not upto mark. I paid 1500. It's not worth of that. The bathroom was also not clean. The main entrance of the hotel is not good. It do-not have lift also. This has to be mentioned. There were few staffs who helped us too. But the hotel has to be renovated properly. One pillow which was given was stinking too.
