Please stay here only if you are on a tight budget. It does not have air conditioning, hot water not available, bathroom is smaller than a closet. Same for the rooms, balcony is useless. It’s a PG turned to a non sense Hotel. Please ignore the ratings.

We had a good stay overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Initially, we had booked a room in Brookefield but were asked to shift to Whitefield instead. On arrival, the room provided was different from what we had booked, and the same happened with another couple who checked in the same day. The washroom pipe was also not functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. The kitchen area was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.
