It was a pleasant stay! it is very near to sms park.

Rooms are good and we have shared kitchen

The room was not ready when we asked for check-in. They later gave a room which was old and not so clean. Though all the rooms were not occupied in whole buliding, they didn't agree for change of room when we asked to switch. No hot water in the morning inspite of calling manager and waiting for it. Overall, it's was not a good experience. The caretaker was not so responsible for anything.

Very close to sim’s park that is a beautiful, historical botanical garden. Close to park view restaurant that has great coffee and descent omelette.

Property is located just a few steps away from sim's park. The rooms were clean and host was friendly. We had a room for 2 people, with glass windows and a common balcony with a good view.

Room is bad smell. Space is very small. Not worth for this rent

Not upto the mark to the thing

We were there for about a few hours only. Wonted to rest for sometime and then catch a bus. So, can't comment on the food as we didn't order any.

Caretaker of the property was cooperative and courteous. It took time to find the location however, the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the property is very nice to stay in. The property can be recommended.

Really Worth mentioning that it was the complete package in terms of comfort and relaxation. The services and staff were so humble and cooperative. Recommend everyone to stay for every occasion. I experienced a wonderful time during My stay with friends at the property. The food was delicious.

Peaceful location and good ambiance of the property. Staffs were helpful and humble. Room was comfortable and clean enough. I got all the basic facilities. Sense of security was fine. I will definitely recommend this property to My relatives.

Location of the property is good and rooms were comfortable. For food, few items are good, some are average. Breakfast was nice. Caretaker was very helpful. It is a recommendable property.

It was nice staying at the property. The location was easily accessible. The staffs were cooperative. The food quality was good. I was not provided the room type which was booked. It must be recommended to others.

Costly compared to other hotels.

Worst room, bed broken, fluctuating, room on the terrace, covered with glass slidings, curtains very transparent, the awkward situation for ladies, not worth spending.
