Great experience at the stay. The property is well maintained. Really good hospitality by the staff and prompt service. The room with the garden view is too good especially in the morning.

Access to the property from main road is so good with ample parking... The location is amazing with a mesmerizing view of Kodai Lake from our room itself. From hassle free check in onwards we got excellent support from all staff especially from the GM of the property. During our 2 days stay we got excellent food from breakfast to dinner all dishes are delicious... Property has some indoor & outdoor games for our group's entertainment. Rooms are spacious, clean & beautifully arranged. Overall it was so memorable..

stay was strictly average, not worth for the money we paid donot expect too much its just an hotel stay. long wait for the food Need to keep bathroom itmes like soap and shampoo toothpaste with us also no chappel for the rooms were provided ,Will give 1.5 out of 5

The stay was very pleasant and neat. The breakfast provided was amazing. We even liked hot chocolate and tea served by the resort. Lake View was as expected. Staff was very polite and helpful and resort is at the centre making every location accessible. Highly recommended

I stayed with my family for two days it is pet friendly but do check which rooms are pet friendly before booking view from the hotel is very beautiful and hot chocolate from mountain retreat is another level

Nice experience
Wonderful hospitality by staffs and property is equipped with kids play area and games (tt, carrom, foosball table. Rooms are spacious and the property is near to lake road. Food tastes great and it is prepared based on our order. Overall nice experience and it is recommended to stay with family. Obviously group of friends can also stay.

Excellent Stay
We had booked 3 rooms and stayed with family. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had a great view. The food out there was fresh and tasty. Breakfast spread was not too much but not less either. It was tasty too. We did enjoy the evening bonfire.
