Sure it was great the location as well as the property was beautiful net and clear taking good care or customer also the manager Mr. Sachin was very and always there to help also i requested him to plan an surprise for my wife which he did great so if it was ratting more then 5 I will be happy to give the same

I dont like the property location, food was very bad, rooms are small, location was very narrow broken roads not suitable for car.

Room and food is veri goodand all-so staff is very good

Stay was very nice and staffs were very cooperative

Great property with excellent service staff friendly behalf very well room size is too good, in dining so much options food is super d price is pocket friendly on day 1st we get early pre-check in with no extra cost. We stay there for 3/n 4/d & room service is on time room is very clean. Totally & overall satisfied with mountain green villa.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also good.

I went to the hotel and they asked for extra charges right at the entry. They were the rudest people I ever met. Also, rooms are not as have been shown in the pictures. No bonfire was provided. They asked extra money for bonfire. Worst experience ever.

The mountain Green Villa is a nice small hotel In Simsa village of Manali. We stayed there for two nights last week. The hotel offers safe parking in the hotel basement, though the "narrow" passage to the hotel is in a very bad state. Please note that the hotel is around two and a half kilometers from the Manali Mall road and since the distance is not always walkable for all, you need to drive to the mall road and finding a parking space there could be a nightmare, especially during peak season. Well, the staff there is really caring and good. We were offered an early check-in at around 9 am. The check-in was smooth and swift. The "so-called" suite room we booked was a simple room, moderately spacious. The bed was looking good with an 8-inch spring mattress. Two chairs and a table were there. The room has a balcony that offers a view of snow-clad mountains but the sight of other hotels mushroomed around is an eyesore. Please note there is no tea coffee maker in the room. There is no hairdryer in the room too. They always offered warm water for drinking which was truly a lifesaver in the bone-chilling cold of Manali. Room Heater is available only at an extra cost per day and they charge extra per day for a blower. Once in the room, we noticed some spots on the bedsheet and the comforter. A call to the reception ensured an immediate change of linen. They could not provide the fresh towel though and blamed the laundry and poor weather for the poorly washed towels. A couple of small hand towels could be very useful in the room and should have been provided. The bathroom offered running hot and cold water around the clock. We had our booking on map basis and had two breakfasts and dinner there. Both, the breakfast and dinner were simple affairs. The only beverage offered in breakfast was tea and a glass of water during dinner. On day one, there were Egg Bhurji & Meshed Potato offered with Plain parathas. Jam and Butter toast were there along with Dalia.No live counter was there, no juices or milk ann South Indian food. The Mountain Green Villa charges like a three-star property but the stay and the buffet were nowhere justifying the exorbitant cost. Take call wisely.

We reached the hotel after 9:30 pm and around 11:40 pm power went off. There was no generator or power backup and electricity came after 12 pm next day. They were charging extra per day for heater and asked us to pay for heater for 1st day also when there was no power from night till afternoon. We had hardly used heater for 1 hour and they were forcing us to pay for that day. They have a huge menu list but they don't know how to prepare all and can prepare only few items. Breakfast has limited options. No fruits are included in breakfast. No kettle is available in room. No sleepers are provided. Geyser takes 20 min to provide hot water.

Overall experience was great. Would suggest for the honeymoon couple. Good service. Kudos.

It was an epic experience, staff was really good and helpful.

Rooms have good view of snow mountains, heater available during winters but at extra cost, food is good and staff too is co-operative. Doesn't have credit/debit card payment option so either book online or carry cash.

Nice hotel. Staff is good, clean room, but no pickup facility. Food is tasty.

Overall experience was good, food was too good facility is also good, but I feel too disappointed about the room I booked suit room. They gave me nice room but there is no difference between deluxe room and suite room. When I asked front office about the room, he told me all are same only things is suit room is in third floor and deluxe room is in second floor. So I'm wasting my money by booking suite room.

I have no words to explain the Mountain Green villas beauty and facilities. It was a very good stay. And when I open my balcony I can see apple plantation. And the mountains covered by snow. When I sit in the balcony automatically my mind got relaxed. And the room interior also very good and mind glowing. Definitely, I wish to go back and stay once again in the same room. Housekeeping staffs also very good. They maintaining room very clean and neat. And the linen blanket everything, they are providing a high standard. The room whose interiors are of wood, that's looking very good. And they have a restaurant also. Their food is delicious and they having buffet also. It is budget-friendly because if you are going outside it may be more costly and food also not good. So you can prefer from the hotel itself. And the hotel atmosphere like a family only. And the reception Hemanth also a good guy. Very good attitude. Overall, it was a superb stay. Definitely, we will come back again. Missing like anything. Thank you Mountain Villa for giving beautiful memories.

Hotel ambience was ok but room service and other services like car for sight seeing everything they charged more
