hotel location was good and view was also decent and they upgraded my room to better one pros- room was clean, service was decent, view also decent ,food was nice cons- tv not available, room has less lighting,wifi was not working, not provided any safe ,locker and some time service was slow

Food is costly but delicious and accomodation was so good . Location was little bit far and away from the market . Facilities and services are too good for couples and families, well maintained rooms.

Terrible Stay
My stay at Forest View Retreat Hotel was a complete nightmare. The washroom was dirty and smelled bad constantly – clearly not cleaned properly. One of the windows had no curtain, and even after calling many times, the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Totally unprofessional. Most of the food items listed on the menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. On top of that, there were electricity cuts the whole day and even at night, with no generator or backup provided. We were left in the dark and heat for hours. The service is extremely slow and poor. It felt like the staff had no interest in helping the guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Not worth the money, time, or energy. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

All the staff members are excellent in their behavior. The hotel is very clean, and there is another hotel owned by the same owner from which you can order food directly to your room and pay at the time of checkout.

It was a fantastic experience with Forest View Retreat. Nice room with proper cleanliness, most importantly got excellent reception from Mr. Arun whenever needed, he was very cooperative all the time. And the surrounding scenery was fabulous! Oho!! It was amazing. Whenever you go there, you will be able to see the beautiful scenic beauty of Mountains, Deep Bushes and the real green nature all around you.
