Hotel Sun Mark

Dirt blanket no food available. Electric cattle not available. Location is still good not a extreme wow. But blanket is veri dirty. No power backup.

Good services good staff all good, we are recommend-ate for this hotel because i have good experience in this hotel.

Hotel placement want good but the way reach hotel is bad

I don't like their services. Their is not available daily cleaning. They charge very high which is not correct. Personaly i don't like services.

The things are not good at hotel. Main gate doesn’t get open without calling any service boy, beg always makes noise and the handle of bathroom’s gate was already broken and owner was blaming on us.

I was with my girlfriend and the host was not having any manners how to talk to girls or to their guests. While my girlfriend was changing the host came and knocked the door like hell my girlfriend got scared.

You will get best views from the balcony. Its super close to parking on national highway and to mall road also. Best part is the hotel owner, who is a professional climber with 18year of travel experience. You should sit with him for few hours to check out various photos and learn from his experience. There is just 1 catch in this hotel listing, the access to hotel is through a super narrow lane. You have to call the hotel and they will pick you from the old bus stand as you may not be able to search the entrance(hotel is visible from mall road, highway, parking, bus stand but difficult to find the entrance. Super safe, super clean, great views, nice hospitality.

1 this hotel don't have own parking space, you have to park at road side parking. 2 total distance from parking around 200meter and around 50 stairs. 3 they don't have their own kitchen, they will get from outside. We got dip fried prantha. 3 there was many basic things missed in rooms like soap and dust-in not cleaned. But may be this thing happened due to high demand on christmas day. 4 in bathroom no water in flush tank. Only good thing is host and reception was good they provide everything we asked. As they are himachali people.

Hotel location is worst because of the way to get in and the hotel services was also not good because we have booked super deluxe room but it was just a simple room and the charges was also high according to room.

Not so best place back site of mall Road

The stay was ok I mean, facilities wise it was not that great but, the location of the property was very good. The property was neat and clean and security-wise it was also good.

They shifted me in another room in the same property. I did not like it so, I stay in the same room which I had booked for but, they charge me extra for that. The rest of the things were good.

Location was good but was near to the under construction building nearby. Everything was ok.

As mention about facility like swimming pool and spa there is nothing. The best part is, it is near Mall road. But at the same time the road are congested at which it is there.

Well maintained property with the good facilities. The location in a remote area, and it is very hard to find the place for the first time. The service boys were very helpful and co-operative. Room was quite good. It's a recommendable property for all.

We two families were stayed here. This was a vary pleasant experience. Even I got great deal from company. Before booking, referring reviews from other that a road approaching to hotel is not good. But in my opinion it is quite manageable. Even hotel owner sent some person to receive us. Finally to summarize, I recommend this hotel if you wish to stay near mall Road at Manali.

I will never ever suggest someone to stay at this place. We were not provided with any water bottles, the staff was extremely rude and gave us threats many times, the owner even threatened us to call his local people on the occurrence of an incident. If you could, please refund the whole money to me. They even charged us more for some burn mark and I can even provide you with the picture of that mark, they did not exchanged the wet quilts with the new ones and blamed us for the condition of the quilts and refused to exchange them even when other rooms were empty.

I will never book this hotel so terrible.
Location of hotel was very burst, if actual location uploaded on website then I am sure that no body will book this hotel, no facility of food, even bike can not come to the hotel.

Linen needs to be cleaned with bleach, they look dirty even though they are washed.
